1. Introduction Welcome to Tarjim.io. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tarjim.io service provided by BARMIJ FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using Tarjim.io, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this service.

2. Services Tarjim.io provides a copy management software-as-a-service (SaaS) designed to assist with content management and translation needs. The features and functionalities available to you may vary based on the subscription plan you choose.

3. User Accounts a. Account Creation: To access Tarjim.io, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. b. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

4. Payment Terms a. Fees: You agree to pay the applicable fees for the services as set forth on Tarjim.io. Fees are based on the subscription plan you select and are payable in advance. b. Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Our Rights: All intellectual property rights in and to Tarjim.io, including but not limited to software, content, text, graphics, and icons, are owned by or licensed to BARMIJ FZ-LLC. Nothing in these Terms shall transfer any ownership rights to you. b. User Content: You retain all rights in and to the content you input into Tarjim.io. You grant us a license to use, copy, distribute, and display the content as necessary to provide the services to you.

6. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using Tarjim.io to: a. Conduct illegal activities. b. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. c. Transmit malicious software or spam. d. Engage in activities that disrupt the services or the servers and networks connected to the services.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to Tarjim.io immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability In no event will BARMIJ FZ-LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You should review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to use Tarjim.io after these terms have been modified, you agree to the revised terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the free zone where BARMIJ FZ-LLC is registered.
